If delivery of the goods fails for reasons for which the customer is responsible, the customer shall bear the return and shipping costs incurred by the seller. This does not apply to the shipping costs if the customer effectively exercises their right of withdrawal. If the customer effectively exercises their right of withdrawal, the provisions in the seller's cancellation policy apply to the return shipping costs. The buyer shall bear the return shipping costs.
