Where is my order?

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a link to track the shipment. This means you can check the current status of the delivery at any time. (Please also check your spam folder if necessary)

How long do I have to return the item?

You can return your products to us within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.

How long does the refund take?

As soon as the return has arrived and been checked, the invoice amount will be credited within 7 days via the payment method you chose when ordering.

My foam isn't stuck?

That's intentional. This foam is designed to adapt to the shape of your face. After the adjustment phase, it will stick and will no longer come off.

How do I adjust my mask?

Our metal mask is flexible and can be adjusted as desired. With the Fortis mask you should start with the nose. Adjust this area so that you can breathe freely through your nose, but the foam still provides enough of a seal so that the air you breathe cannot rise. Finally, you should adjust the contours of the cheeks so that it doesn't stand out under the Balaclava or Neck-Gaiter.
