How long do I have to return the item?

My foam is not stuck?

This is intentional. This foam is designed to adapt to the shape of your face. After the adjustment period, it will stick and won't come off.

How do I adjust my mask?

Our metal mask is flexible and can be adjusted as desired. When choosing the Fortis Start with the nose.
