Manual ScopeX EN

WE WANT YOU TO ENJOY OUR PRODUCTS FOR A LONG TIME. THAT'S WHY WE ASK YOU TO NOTE OUR OPERATIONAL INSTRUCTIONS.

The specified FPS limit must not be exceeded for security reasons.

The glasses must always be directed upwards. Never lay on the glasses. When not in use, you should put on the included dust cover.

We recommend ONLY cleaning the glasses of grease and dirt with liquid soap under lukewarm water before each match day. Then rinse the glass thoroughly with water and make sure no soap residue remains.

Care and cleaning are important. Do NOT use ammonia, bleach, vinegar, or window cleaner as these products may remove some of the coating on your glasses. We recommend lukewarm water for cleaning.

Cleaning and drying are equally important. To polish your goggles, don't use paper towels, toilet paper, or your sweater, even though it's very tempting. The fabric of your sweater may contain dust particles that can scratch your glasses. We recommend using a microfiber cloth or a soft cotton cloth. Rubbing on dry glass can also cause scratches, so you should rinse the glasses under running water before polishing. If there is no access to water, you can gently blow the glasses to remove any dust particles before polishing.

Replaceable protective glass. To do this, first slide the top closure with the NB logo to the right when viewed from the front. Then separate the lower frame by gently pulling it down. Now you can carefully press the protective glass to the left and remove it.

To insert the protective glass, the glass must first be inserted at the top of the frame. Make sure that the clasp is open at the top (right). Next, the glass must be inserted into the frame on the left and right. Finally, the lower frame with the two grooves must be pressed in and the upper lock must be secured to the left when viewed from the front.

Salt water is a bad friend. Salt water can be particularly harmful. Therefore, DO NOT leave salt residue on your safety glasses for too long, as these are corrosive and dry out into white spots that can erode the coating and lenses, damaging them.

The same applies to high temperatures. DO NOT place your safety glasses on the dashboard of your car in direct sunlight. Very high temperatures can cause damage to the glasses.

Pay attention to these everyday products. Alcohol-based products, DEET, sweat, sunscreen, cleaners, and hairsprays can damage the glass coating, causing the coating to discolor, crack, or peel. Therefore, clean your safety glasses if they have come into contact with these products.

The warranty according to § 438 BGB is 24 months according to the law.
