To protect the shape & structure from damage, always transport your mask in a well-secured container.

The nose foam is made of a special material with memory properties. When the mask is delivered, it is still in its original wide shape. The fitting process begins when you put on the mask for the first time. After the second day of play at the latest, it has adapted to the shape of your face and takes on its final adapted shape. This process cannot be reversed. For this reason, you should not lend out your mask.

The flexible nose pad is designed to fit your nasal bone smoothly and without pressure. For this reason, this area should be treated particularly gently. Please avoid pulling or strong tugging.

To prevent stringing, wear your balaclava or neck gaiter without face jewellery. Keep them away from velcro or materials with similar properties.

The warranty according to § 438 BGB is 24 months by law.
