Where is my order?

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a link to track the shipment. You can call up the current status of the delivery at any time. (Please also check your spam folder if necessary)


How long do I have to return it?

You can return your products to us within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.


How do I send a return?

How long does the refund take?

As soon as we have received the return and checked it, the invoice amount will be credited within 7 days via the payment method you selected when ordering.


My foam isn't stuck?

This is intentional. This foam is designed to conform to the shape of your face. After the adjustment phase, this will stick and will no longer come loose.


How do I adjust my mask?

Our metal mask is flexible and can be adjusted as desired. You should start with the Fortis mask with the nose. Adjust this area so that you can breathe freely through your nose, but the foam still seals enough so that the air you breathe cannot rise. Finally, you should adjust the contours of the cheeks so that they don't stick out under the balaclava or neck gaiter.
